Job Description

• Conduct Market Research to Identify Selling Possibilities and Evaluate Customer Needs.
• Actively seek out New Sales Opportunities through Cold Calling , Networking and Social Media.
• Generate Leads, compile and update customer database, exploring US, UK and other markets for Structural Steel Detailing Services.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
• Must act as bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
• Ensure customer communication through brochures, email campaigns, presentation showcasing capabilities.

Salary 3 Lac To 7 Lac P.A.
