Will work extensibly in field to attend service activities like a) I& C, b) Preventive Maintenance, c) Breakdown service request for all equipments as per agreed service terms with customer.
To comply with required safety and statutory compliance requirements while executing his job.
To comply with agreed Response Time and Resolution Time in terms of attending service request in field.
To comply with PM execution as per scheduler provided to him by state office without any deviation.
To fill up all i2i (PMR, SVV, I&C Reports etc) as per established process with complete detail and fulfilling establised norms.
To Reconcile all fresh and defective materials regularly and within specified schedule. To maintain tool-kit and local stock level in line with standard norm
Spares and tools management issued and available with them including reverse logistics for defective materials as specified and established norms
Effective closure of calls within specified timelines, intimation to concerned, either manually, or digitally as prescribed and as per norms.
